Bernardo Parnes

Bernardo is a Member of the Arlon Latin America Advisory Board. Bernardo is the CEO for Deutsche Bank Latin America and the Chief Country Officer for Deutsche Bank Brazil. He is also a Member of the Deutsche Bank Global Regional Management Executive Committee. Bernardo has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was CEO of Banco Bradesco BBI SA, and before that, he was CEO of JSI Investimentos Ltda, part of Safra Group. Bernardo also worked for 14 years at Merrill Lynch where he was Country Head for Brazil, and he worked for seven years at Citigroup in Brazil. Currently, he is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Albert Einstein Hospital and of MASP (Museu de Arte São Paulo) and a Board Member of the Jewish Museum of São Paulo and Unibes – União Brasileiro-Israelita do Bem-Estar Social. Bernardo received his BA in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, his BA in Law from Universidade de São Paulo and a Specialization in Economics and Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
